ROAR VBS: Life is WIld. God is gOod

July 14th-18th, 6-8:30pm

You will not want to miss out on ROAR VBS this summer! Over 5 nights we will learn Bible stories, sing songs, play games, eat snacks, make friends, and discover the truth that Life is Wild and God is good!

VBS is for kids 4 years -5th grade graduates. Registration starts May 26th and will be located right here! We can't wait to see you soon!

Kids birth-5th grade have a place here at Eastland. Each of our classrooms will have volunteers who will share an age-appropriate lesson. Kids birth-kindergarten can check in at the station in the Eastland Commons and can be dropped off in class.

Kids 1st-5th grade worship with their parents/guardians in the sanctuary before being dismissed to their class for the remainder of the service. All kids will be picked up after service at the end of our main hallway.

Elementary

Infants and toddlers hear stories of Jesus' love in a safe and secure nursery environment. 
Kids ages 3 through kindergarten engage in play-centered learning as they engage in immersive Bible stories, worship songs, and activities. 
1st-5th graders are dismissed from the worship service after the music to a class focused on knowing more about God through the Bible and building confidence through friendships.

Sunday Mornings

10am

At 10 am we have a traditional Sunday school hour. Join us in any of our classes and you will learn a Bible Story, memory verses, and more about Jesus!

11am

Sundays at 11 am we have services for all of our kids.  Infants to Elementary will all hear a true Bible story, engage in age-appropriate conversation and activities, and worship God through song! 

Vacation bible School

Kids 4 years-5th grade can celebrate Summer with ROAR VBS where Life is Wild and God is good! July 14th-18th from 6-8:30 pm we will have snacks, play games, sing songs, learn Bible stories, and make friends. Your kids won't want to miss this ROAR VBS this summer!

PlayGround and Popsicles

June 5th, 2:30-4pm

Bring your family out to the Eastland playground and spend some time in community with other families!

Popsicles will be provided!

Kentucky Kids CAMP

June 16-19th, 2024

Summer Camps are right around the corner! 1st -5th graders are invited to attend this year's kids camp at Camp Lyons where the kids will play games, build friendships, and learn about the mighty ways that God works

Safety Procedures

The safety of your child is important to us. 

Check-In

All kids who will dropped off in a classroom will need to check in at our designated check-in station in the Eastland Commons. Your child's nametag will print with a unique code and you will receive a matching sticker for pick-up! 

Allergies

If your child has an allergy, please notify Eastland Kids staff or volunteers when you arrive. 

Volunteers

All Eastland Kids Volunteers are screened and trained before entering a classroom. 

Emergencies

Staff and security personnel in the building during all services will guide you and your children to the safest location during an emergency.
